Stupid People

Okay, I just want to say there are some people in this world that are totally un cool should be shot, kick in the ribs and slapped over the phone. After Distinctly telling this customer over the phone we take client direction, meaning your company you work for tells us this information we can not take your fucking information and send it to us and instruct us on what to do. Why in hell you bring HR on the phone when they do not handle it and have some woman accuse me of calling while you sit on the line and not speak up and say you dialed the number or tell me you are is EXTREMLY rude!

And then having to explain and apologize for you cause you are a dolt does not excuse anything with me. I hope people like that learn lesson over this and stop making others their vices of torment

You should hear some of the stories that hollyqueen tells about the idiots that she has to deal with on the phone. Sheesh!

Sometimes being on the Phone can be a pain but atleast the good customers make my day !

How subversive and horrid!!!!

I think I only had something similar to that once. Basically, if this guy wanted help for his product (and the answer to his question was actually in the damn help files, I found out later, if he'd bothered to look!), he was going to have to pay for assistance, whether it be Microsoft, or Dell, or his local computer company. So, I get this call from him, and he's got me, a Dell rep, and I think his ISP all on conference call, and he's yelling at all of us. The ISP drops off almost immediately. I say my schpeel about how its $35. And the Dell CSR gets his manager on the phone to explain that they don't support his type of "how to" issue. It went on forever, and it was just crazy. Finally, the Dell team dropped off the line, and the customer, forgetting that I was still on the line, started ranting, and hung up on me. NutSoooo!!!

*hug* I FEEEEEEL your pain, darlin! People SUCK!!!
