Oh boy

Yesterday after work

Walked: 3 Miles
100 Crunches

Green Tea
Cheese Crackers
Tuna fish salad Sandwich.
Four Cookies

Today’s Goals

Walk: 4 miles
150 crunches/ 2 laps of Lunges

Yes people.. I have to get ready for being a Team Captain for The American Heart Association Walk on 9/20th

Once I find out more details would anyone else like to join in the fun?

:side note: Not a Run ..A walk.. I can't run cause of my knees.. since Track it very hard to do that for long periods.. BAH!

Hey, that's great you're helping out with the folks. I make it a point to at least do the ms walk/run every year. If you want to stay healthy, though, you probably should eat a bit more. Three square meals is always a good outline, with a smaller dinner and a good sized breakfast. The meals will keep your metabolism burning the calories better, and so when you do eat less, it'll burn more. Also, remember, its always best to eat your last meal of the day about 3-5 hours before you sleep, at least. I wish I was in Dallas, I'd join ya'll in the fun.

Umm that was after I walked yesterday .. Aux...

I eat alot more than that during the day..

Morning I had Oatmeal and yogurt
Lunch a Huge Salad/Candy bar/sandwich

Make goal is to eat more heatlhy but that is what I had after I worked out..

Okay, I was just worried that you were going crazy cracky like some folks do, and hurting themselves more than helping themselves. Sorry, stupid me, for doubting the goddess. Time for penance. Maybe I can find somebody to give me a few good kicks to make up for my assumptions.
