Lol

So I had my co workers stating they thought this holiday was complete the devils day.

So here I am getting a little miffed cause I asked those questions.

1) Where did you get that information?
2) Do you believe what people always tell you?
3) Have you ever done research on the holiday?


Well I educated the masses and then one of them asked me again today what religion I was. And I said NONE. I am deeply spiritual and this is my holiday of choice to celebrate because it touches me in the soul.

They realized that it was almost like Day of the dead for them and thought it was rather awesome then asked me questions on why there are witches and Jack-o-lanterns and other symbols.

I finally feel like people here are not bad.. they are willing to ask questions when they are educated.

argh! I had to explain why it wasn't a satanic holiday to Heath's boss' wife this past weekend! I managed to do so calmly, and she shocked me by actually listening to what I had to say.

Yeah but that is a good suprise means there are smart people out there willing to udnerstand or learn. Besides.. Stupid people just need to stop breeding
