One Giant Leap in Rantings from everyone..

What backwards step for man kind?

Personally I am not surprised it will take a lot to move forward, but honestly at least it being addressed more. But hey.. I kind of wonder if this is same frustration people had to go through for Women’s rights and Black rights.

Never lived through it but I have faith that we will do just fine, It’s all baby steps and until we can really out law stupid people rights we will have the conflict of interest.

Yes I can be really ruthless, but you know what? People have a choice to educate themselves or not.

And no I am not talking about the ones that can’t help it and even then they are a lot better cause they are trying.

This is a very divisive issue for me, my dear. It is very hard not to see those who voted for Bush as also having voted against my orientation and lifestyle. I cannot be friends with homophobes and it is difficult not to see this in that light

This may indeed be only a temporary setback but we don't know that for sure. We don't know what the next four years will bring. And that's the scary part

Ummm Babe.. But we can over power the president.. And it was Clinton who passed the DOMA [Defense of Marriage Act]in 1996.. Stating a spouse means only an oppsite sex Husband or wife. "Marriage" Means a legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife.

Now mind you I do not support this, but that is quoted from the act. Yeah sure it's not the same but if Clinton didnt pass that bill might of helped out with the fight a little more. But I still think people need to stop putting them selves on mute and start doing educated reasonings to fight back.

Clinton was no friend of the gay community for the most part but he was good for the country as a whole. Bush is neither in my opinion
