So yeah I live by that for the most part..
Habits can be formed in 7 days.
So I guess with that said I am forming new habits like working M-W-F. Being careful on over indulgence, focus on the positive things in my life and facing the negative with a tool belt so I fix them.
I have been pretty good with working out and with the tools I have invested in I am getting a better grasp what is going on with me. I feel a little bit more positive about things, but some times it’s seems like the darkness just looms over you when you just think about it.
